You are an exceptional strategic and entrepreneurial creative director who is excited about the edutech space. You will be the CCO’s right hand in both creative decision making, and in driving the execution of high quality product creation and marketing campaigns.

You will have both managerial experience and prowess. You will be comfortable briefing, managing and empowering mid-weight and junior creatives, from Art Directors to Graphic Designers.

You yourself are a talented designer and copywriter, with an aptitude for developing brand tone of voice and compelling messaging. You will be confident across content genres, from B2B to B2C, from graphic to motion design, from video to UX design. 

We are looking for a well-rounded, self-sufficient professional who can set the tone, lead from the front and bring their own voice to the table.

You would be reporting to our Chief Creative Officer. 

  • Regardless of the industries you have evolved in (Education, Fashion, Tech, Gaming, etc.), you come from an agency background and are experienced with B2C & B2B clients.
  • You have a great artistic eye and a brain for business.
  • You are proactive, imaginative, curious, driven by tech and social innovation and want to disrupt the status quo across multiple creative media.
  • You have experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Photography and Videography.
  • You have extensive on-set Art Direction experience.
  • You are a skilled manager and comfortable providing guidance and mentorship to more junior members of a team (Graphic Designers, Editors, etc).
  • You thrive under pressure and are a great problem solver.
  • You are an excellent communicator and use your organisational skills to create better processes.
  • You are quick to get under the skin of a client/project and generate inspirational, innovative imagery, designs and videos.
  • You are a very collaborative person, open to receive, give feedback and work hand in hand with our amazing production team.


  • Outstanding – spoken and written – communication skills.
  • A passion for educational and innovative content, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-to-scaleup environment.
  • Great organisational skills, including understanding & influencing project management.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 8+ years experience in managing graphic designers, photography, video editors and copywriters.
  • Successful experience in working on cross-platform projects for top tier clients.
  • Up to date knowledge of current content trends through new mediums in apps, social media, websites, advertising, AR/VR.
  • Expert-level skills in pitching and presenting ideas:
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Be our Chief Creative Officer’s right hand in the pitch, pre-production, production and post-production stages of any given project.
  • Lead your own verticals, empowering a team of in-house and freelance Creatives with the support of our amazing production team.
  • Pitch ideas and make recommendations, achievable within budget and schedule.
