You’re a self-motivated account manager who is looking to jumpstart their career progression through being part of the new way of working and producing.
You might have already seen that traditional agency and advertising models need to adapt and find yourself frustrated by the slow pace of change in the industry.
You’ve got client-facing experience and you’re the kind of person who enjoys researching and collaborating with creative teams.
You’re quick to understand a client’s needs and have an instinct about how to maintain great client relationships throughout a project and beyond.
You understand the difference between writing a client brief and writing internal briefs for research, writing and production teams. You’re confident at presenting and know how to adapt your presentation according to your audience.
Lastly, you are truly collaborative – even in situations where clients may find this approach goes against their company culture and norm.
You’ll be reporting to the Head of Agency Input, a co-founder of the company, and you’ll be working closely with other team members, members of the Agency Output and creative teams. We are looking for an organised and dedicated person who will fit with our proactive and respectful culture with a keen eye for proactive planning, collaboration and team dynamics.
You’ll be expected to have:
